We are members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme meaning your deposit is securely looked after with an insurance backed scheme giving peace of mind. We have our own maintenance department meaning that problems are dealt with fast and efficiently.

On a joint tenancy if a tenant wants to leave early, the remaining tenant/s must all agree to the change in tenancy, if a replacement is not found, then the remaining tenant/s are responsible for the full amount of rent. If a replacement is found, a fee for a Check Out Inventory is payable (which then becomes the Check-In Inventory for the next tenant. A new Tenancy Agreement will have to be drawn up and the deposit re-registered. (Charges applicable are mentioned above)

Prior to taking up the tenancy we require the first months rent and deposit. The administration fee is due when applying for the property.
